There is no need to seperate the door panel. I can not see your photos for some reason, but I have taken mine apart many times (welded the regulator twice already). There should be 2 wires I believe they are black and green coming from the window motor and going to the black plastic block mounted on the door with 2 phillips screws. There should be 2 wires coming from the harness that passes through the conduit from the car body into the door also attached to the same 2 screws. Use a test light to see if you are getting power to either of the wire coming to the door when you press the window switch. If you get power (polarity is switch for up and down) and the window still doesn't work then you have a bad motor. There might be a dead spot in the motor so the previous owner disconnected the window so it didn't get stuck down. I did that on my pass rear window for that very reason.
