Unfortunately, we don't get to know that answer. When you are on the asymptotic edge of knowing, the difference makes no difference since the knowledge is lost in the instant.
And I don't trust the "near-death" visions nor seances with the dead.
So I don't get to know. Ever. And if I should come to know ... I wont know it in a way that is meaningful to me now.
But on the other hand .... It's just too big and beautiful a universe. I cannot comprehend something so ... (insert superlative) ... not having a moment of creation. Nor can I imagine a creation without a creator.
I'm stuck.
