Parallels works pretty well mostly. There are a few I/O related problems, not all solvable, but that’s about it. Performance is entirely acceptable on anything but maybe the mini mac

I've talked with some about VMware. It has some promise. It's hyped heavily on server platforms but is obscenely expensive (imo)
