Let me elaborate on my "cold start" problem. It is not only when cold, but even if left to sit for 15 minutes or so. It starts ok but runs rough for several seconds before smoothing out. Every once in a while it will continue if at a low idle (sitting at stoplight,etc.) and doesn't smooth out until at higher RPM.
