I've got the one pictured. The down side of it is that the adjustable 2 part foot spreads out on the valve spring cap and gets stuck. Great utility spring compressor, but doesn't work on all valve sizes equally well.
Then again, I've had mine for at least 10 years and lots of motors, so that adjustable foot has probably seen better days.
