thanks for this thread guys I have always had a problem closing my doors and no amount of adjustment made any difference. I swear that the slamming has caused half of the electric window problems I have had to fix. Following the advice here and after a PM to Jim who explained that i want the rear ones as they are less used (sorry about that Jim, I must have been on the wine again )

Anyway i picked up a set off a 115 yesterday (back doors) and installed this morning. I see what Jim meant, on both of mine the rubber surround had sunk down and was obscuring the bottom of the striker. A huge difference they now close with a solid clunk tight up against the door seals, I love it
