Don't think I haven't day-dreamed about the case: for instance, if the plaintiff is successful, and the Judge finds that say, Meanes (sp? I don't listen to them that I know of) intended to destroy the guy vs. merely expressing her opinion, then her net worth can be considered if a punitive damage instruction goes to the jury. Then go to precedent that 3x a Defendant's net worth is not excessive when awarding punitive damages
