ugh. i discovered the same problem today! i had water in my trunk when i first got this car last year. i replaced the rear windshield seal and cleaned out the back side vents (behind the rear door windows) and that seemed to fix it. All of a sudden, I open the trunk and it is soaking wet. Drenched! I don't know what to do now.
