I had the same problem, water in wells on either side of the trunk. I went to Advance Auto Parts and got a product called "Flowable Silicone Winshield and Glass Sealer" manufactured by Permatex. I sealed both the inner and outter edges on the exterior of the rear windshield. I also sealed the outter edge of the trunk seal because water was getting under the trunk seal and leaking into the trunk. No water in trunk now. I would recommend this product. It only costs about $4.00
