So the things exclusive to the special edition in the E 320 were: Sill plates, Burled wood trim, 6-hole wheels, and a couple of exclusive colors.

The '94/'95 E-class was actually priced below the prior years to help sales, sounds like the special edition was a value-package to help further. I like the wheels and burlwood, I'd buy it for that alone.
