Before you start messing with the seals and everything try to get some ATF with Stop Leak. I have a leak in my Power Steering Fluid, but I put in some PS Fluid with Stop Leak and haven't had trouble since. If this works, it'll save you time, energy, and money. You can get it at Autozone or a parts store like that. It'll probably cost between $5-$10.
