Gap is .8 mm


..but if the wires are crap to the MAF, then that is the suspect...it can not regulate the air/fuel mixture in responce to the ECU and 02 sensors signals..
Running way rich...
I also noticed you have an IAT sensor code, so I would pull that and see if the filament is broken...that would also throw the MAF sig out.
It may even be unplugged...I see that a lot when guiys change the plugs,,they forget to plug it back in...............
