About how long of a job is it to replace the front disc? (Its cold out with few daylight hours left so I want to plan accordingly)

1991 350SDL- I've gone over 100,000 miles on this set of brake discs (With no idea how long they were on the car before hand....) I did the pads a few months back to try and stop a front end squeak. But the squeak is still there. Also i've been getting a lot of steering wheel shake (A balance on the tires helped for all of a few days....) Can I safely assume that a warped disc is the cause of all this?
