It's been so long that I don't remember the brand. It is the one in which the mounting plate is rounded like the OEM model. I've used it for loads over 3 tons which for me is the top limit for the 430 engine. I bought the hitch planning on towing only a couple of times a year and wound up doing at least two trips a month for a while. I probably have over 5k towing miles in the past year.

The ML is a towing MACHINE! Better than most 1/2 ton pickups IMO.
