I'm getting new 7mm elements here in the near future and I'll have to pull them somehow. I'm pretty cautious and not at all ham-fisted but I like to know what to watch out for before I start grabbing onto things! I'm also reading that I need new "crush" washers when I replace the elements. True? Part numbers?
