Talk about cutting it close! I was about to leave for the scrapyard! Yes, I still have all 4, and can put them in one box to save on shipping. They weigh about 13lbs each, so a box should be about 17x17x28 and weigh about 60lbs. Fedex says $35 for shipping, and 4 wheels at $15ea makes it $95 shipped for all 4. LMK if that works for you.
