Yes, definitely engine oil. I can smell it. It happened suddenly. What do you know about replacing valve stem seals? After 289K miles, they are probably worn. (Not sure about engine compression... have not checked it.)

It could be valve stem seals, worn rings, worn turbo seals, etc.
