2003 c240 70k miles;sometimes when you start the car ,the car will start and run fine, except the interior electrics(guages,radio.windows etc.) remain dead; also when it happens engine fan some times goes full blast.If you turn the car off and restart it goes back to normal. what is causing this problem. please help. thanks ,sebastian.
