Wow...driving a diesel would be a new experience for me. Especially living with a redline that's well below any other car that I've driven. I must say, I'm curious about their torque characteristics though. Does a 300SD (W126 or W116) pull pretty well when one stomps on it at 55 mph for a passing move? I've been wondering about that.
