Hey all, I have decided to sell my 83 240D. I'm pretty sure I might get a DeLorean this week WOOOOO

and it might need work, the 240 needs work and I can't have two cars that need work. So i'm getting an 85 300 Turbo Diesel to replace the 240. This 300D is in great condition with 141,000 original miles whole new suspension and only needs front brakes.
My question is: How much should I ask for the 240? It's black, tinted windows, automatic, has about 305,000 miles, new tires, new injectors, got a valve adjustment about a few weeks ago, new vacuum pump/ vacuum lines, new key tumbler, after market radio with CD player, transmission was adjusted to shift late so it's quicker, the part with the hand pump is new, had the serpentine belt tightened and the interior is in great condition with the only tear being on the drivers seat.
It needs a new head gasket, the rear passenger shock absorber is loose, has some play in the steering wheel, the door locks don't work (vacuum leak) and the drivers door lock gave out, so to unlock the car it has to be through the passenger door. It needs new rear axles and the brake master cylinder is leaking brake fluid.
What do you guys think? I was thinking 2,500? maybe 3,000?

I'm just so excited to get the DeLorean, that I want to get this thing out of here, I will miss her though
