I suppose I could go back and re-write this 'lil ditty...I just did a C&P and brought it back out to see the light of day again...all the way from 1998...if I remember correctly, it had a "header" on it that referred to WIN95...that seemed to be the top OS going at the time this was first written ... and I don't think the internet was as widely accessable then as it was just a chore just to get on the "on-ramp" before becoming a speed-bump...I know, that's why I had to up-grade my computer back then...too slow to go...
But, hey! Like everything else, upgrading for the times might be the thing needed here...
