I have a 1983 300D that has a glow plug indicator light out on the dash, according to some responses from my post on that issue, seems to be a glow plug out. I don't have an ohmeter to check them, and I am not mechanically talented, so I have no idea about changing them. With the economy the way it is, I can't afford to go to the dealer, if I could I wouldn't be driving a 1983 300D! (Ok, ok, yes I would
). Is there anyone near me, I am in Simsbury, Ct.,that could help me out relatively cheap and soon? If I don't keep it plugged in it won't start at all and it is all I have to get back and forth to work. Thanks!
