I agree on the VGT. It'll help with the torque down low, though, as low as 1st is on that truck, I can't imagine any power problems especially since the 617 is already more powerfull than the M180.

The 617 fits no problem. Im not sure the details but it has pleanty of room. No mods to the doghouse.
The drivetrain is all stock 404. Can you explain more about the VGT? I just am looking for more power in the higher end. Low is definatly low enough, maybe just a little more punch at the upper gears. Do you think the tranny could handle 200hp? A Mog with 200HP would be pretty sweet...
