Oh yeah, my other big complaint with the Dyson is the stiffness of the vacuum hose. It's just doesn't want to extend and tends to drag the whole machine across the floor. Also, if you get the wand stuck to something while vacuuming, the hose REALLY wants to retract and the vacuum will come flying towards you.
