Remember that it was NOT Israel who stared this latest round of insanity. They put up with 1888 rocket attacks DURING the so called truce before retaliating and they waited until the truce had expired and then WARNED the GAZANs that it was coming.

I can't see how they have been anything but restrained. If they had wanted to they could have carpet bombed the entire strip back into dirt.

To get back to TD's point about the Egyptians and the Jordanians non-occupation of the Gaza and the West Bank, If they were soconcerned about the poor Palestinians, why the heck did they not set up an independent Palestine in the ares that they had kept out of the dirty Imperialistic Zionist hands in 1949? Why did they keep the poor pitiful Palestinians in refugee camps in their own territrory? I must be ****** stupid to not understand this!

Just to let it be known -- I do not like what is going on over there. I wish that both sides could have made the Oslo accords work. However, I cannot stand the anti-Israeli slant to all the media and the blatant bias against Israel and Jews in general.

The Palestinians have a great propaganda machine working all over the world and even in this country. I watched the NY news shows this morning and it is all about the terrible things the Zionists are doing to the poor pitiful Gazans as well as stirring tributes to the herioc fighters who are refusing to stop throwing rockets at kindegartens. There are protests in the streets under Palestinian flags, but NO COVERAGE of any protests over HAMAS' actions, which, and I will repeat myself, STARTED this round of insanity.
