Many folks get the oil level between min and max, no higher. Filling to max somehow causes consumption. Many folks, though not necessarily the same folks , pour in 2 gallons during an oil change.

There's continuous debate about coolant but the non gambling types stick with MB label coolant or Zerex G05.

Brake fluid should be on your list.
