As stated look very carefully at all the floors for any sign of water leakage.

Remove the hard top and raise the soft top to inspect. Look closely at the hatch cover, latch, and seal, and comparment for rust.

Look carefully at the firewall, especially around the hood corners, for rust.

Make sure all HVAC functions work.
