You can bet if those fool's paychecks were tied to business costs and they saw those expenses cutting into their income, you'd see some careful, considerate operating habits.

Were in the natural gas bussiness and the backhoe gets used as one would expect, Digging trenches or making berms. The problem lies when they move it to another location or off the mountain all together. If you look at where they drilled these wells you wonder if they had to repel from the top just to survey the site. Incredibly steep narrow roads to get to some of these locations.
I agree that there needs to be some accountability with these operators. Also some of these guys cant even begin to imagine that they are doing something wrong. Just not that bright. I have tons of stories.
