complain enough and you will get a new one for free or a seriously reduced rate.



I like IKEA even more now since its no pressure to buy any form of furniture. The only pressure on you is when the couch falls on you off your truck!




I dont mind floor models, scratch and dent, or customer returned items(on certain things)

my laptop, my sweet IKEA chair, my TV, both of my cars, my tool box, my cameras all floor models, scratch and dent, customer return item or used.

Nothing wrong with it if it was taken care of and or comes with some form of warranty
