The engine has 2 wiring harnesses. Main harness to sensors, coils, & injectors.

And the lower harness to the starter & oil level sensor.

ON the non ASR car, the cable is connected to the throttle butterfly.
On the ASR car the cable connects to linkage on the throttle actuator & operates a potentiometer that tells the EA/CC/ISC computer how far to open the throttle. (motor & clutch)
