93 2.6 m103 engine, auto tranny, & 97 E320 5-speed tranny

Well been doing alot of dealing, and it looks like I have the following, offers are open, not set price:

93 190E 2.6 m103 engine. Original car, has 139k miles. Needs timing chain done, all other top end works been done. Would advice the timing seals to be done, since thats the only thing not touched (all 6 gaskets were redone when heads were machined)

93 190W 2.6 tranny. Was just serviced (wouldn't consider rebuilt) because the teflon band inside was starting to slip, just got a new band and fixed and cleaned up the tranny for about $200. Thanks to BenzMac and MB doc, I would have paid almost $2500 for a new rebuild.

97 E320 (m104) 5-speed auto tranny with 50k miles on it. Comes from a wrecked car, Using the engine to transplant into my 190E. Using a getrag 5-speed tranny, so the 5-speedo auto tranny is no use to me.

Offers please, this conversion's gonna kill my pockets!! :p

Thanks.
Charlie.
