We have already arranged to get it back to the dealer for correction, but we wanted to have some information pertaining to if many others were having similar issues with their vehicles. Also we just wanted to be a little more "knowledgable" in talking about our issues with the dealership.

But getting it into the dealership is certainly a must - we agree!
