One of the interesting qualities of concrete is that it continues to gain strength over time if it has access to water. 15 year old concrete, even 150 year old concrete will continue to gain strength.

Which offer--the portal-to-portal coring one?? I would love to get to the west coast on someone else's dime.

My guess is that your slab will be more than adequate for the installation of the lift.
