One other thing that just crossed my mind, mainly b/c this happened on this Forum with another head gasket job.

The guy was having these problems and after many test, we found that the guy who did the head accidentally swapped the connectors at the ETC sensor and the Cam sensor....so, ceck that..long shot, but it did happen and is in the archieves.
