On my w124, the indicator symbols over the bulbs are pre printed transparent strips - about $5.00 each side. You can just push yours back into place if they have moved, or buy new strips as the old ones may fade with time. My high beam indicator was almost white instead of dark blue, and reduced my night vision a lot until I replaced the strip.
