Hi TXBill. Don't ignore the air cleaner mounts on the 240D. On mine, the rubber bumper broke, which allows the air cleaner to rub on the upper radiator hose. I will be replacing the bumper and coolant hoses this weekend, as well as servicing the oil bath air cleaner.
