The cop quit, and I think he didn't show up for court. He apparently has no intention of defending himself. Because there is none. Cops are already lying. It won't go to trial and if it does, it will just be more lying. That's the only evidence you're getting. Thinking it was a taser doesn't make it OK. Or accidental. Neither does the guy's previous record or the other cop? Dude jumped on his back and shot him what else could there be???? There was almost 2 minutes prior, the entire scene played out, that's why they can't neutralize it.
