You can't use the "complaint factor" as a measure of proper building techniques. That variable is only used for the first year to prevent a warranty claim........but, I'm sure your uncle is well aware of this.

Well he keeps in touch with a lot of his past clients. He just sold another house to a couple, this past summer, they bought a house from him and my grandfather in 1986. That's actualy not that uncommen for him.
