Agreed, for the 1995 E300D (OM606) in the W124 chassis. The 1996 model has a fancier version of that relay, called "K40." It does the same thing (and maybe more) and costs more, of course. The K40 relay lives in the black plastic box just forward of the firewall on the right side of the engine compartment, about where the battery would go if it were there.
