If you want to replace that supply hose with a new hose you can fix it to use a regular fuel hose.
You can grind or file off the crimped metal coller that clamps the hose on. After you remove the hose and collar you will find a regular hose jag underneath. Just cut your new fuel hose to the correct length and replace the crimped collar with a hose clamp.
