Hello everyone, I am new and need your help. I have read many post on this site and I am very impressed with the level of knowledge I have seen.

I have a 2000 E320 and my sunroof will open with no problems. On the other hand it will not go up or down nor will it retract when I use the switch to put it back in. I used the hand crant to retract it. I would like to know is there something I can do to correct this problem.
