I find it interesting, whether you're blue, red or inbetwist...somehow NO ONE REMEMBERS that last pre-candidate's slipup on the tax/nanny/spouse-beating department couldn't pass the "un-palatable" stage of vetting...
Everyone is stirred up and giddy that the next generational DNA-holder of the previous champion is going to be able to sweep the electorate off their feet and no one notices the toiletpaper being dragged around on the shoe and the piece of food still lodged between the eye-tooth and incisor...
Why not just stick her up on the podium and start throwing tomatoes the day she was first announced? That way, IF she was clean, then everyone would HAVE TO SAY "I'm sorry..." and she'd be all the better...
Now, this just makes her look like all the other "coulda'-shoulda-dangits" out there...and some of those were pretty silly to begin with...
Out of all the Kennedys in the public eye...(unless I'm missing something) she seemed to have it together...
Now, she's tainted and I don't forsee any cleansing action, on anyone's part, that will be able to fix this...
You just can't get good, cheap, non-taxable help anymore these days...
