Actualy, right now my biggest gripe is my local Yuppieland (Fairfax County VA) property tax assesments which have remained at nearly the same level as they were 4 years ago when the market peaked.
Now some well-meaning friends are telling me that local tax authorities won't count the recent rash of bank-owned/forclosure sales for re-assesment!
