As far as the info you need to know what dealer the car came from and also some other minor things like vin # motor # etc, I just happen to have the original owners paperwork. But I did not know who the salesman was so I left it blank. And sent it in to MB USA. located in Montvale N.J. call 1-800-367-6372.
