I always wanted one, but I could never justify the cost difference between the Mac and the PC. Now, twenty years after buying my first PC (Windows 3.0 I think it was), I am ready to pay whatever the cost difference is to get a Mac.
I want a tool that I can use to do work. I have no interest in fooling around with arcane crap to "tweak" it and to try to get it to keep working. I'd like for my computer to be an extension of my thought process. I'd like to not even have to think about the computer at all, just what I'm trying to accomplish with it.
