Drivers side, I can't get the valve cover off because these hoses are in the way. Looks like the fuel rail. Can I disconnect it or is it under pressure? The engine is cold and the car hasn't been driven since last night.

Also these plastic connectors broke and the small one goes under the intake. That'll be a PITA to change.
