People have a fantasy that Senators are somehow in the know when it comes to classified intelligence when that is far from the truth, unless they serve on a commitee that needs certain intelligence everything is on a need to know basis, Obama and Biden had no clue what was at Gitmo until last week, it will be interesting to see how this turns out. My wild ass guess is they will return a few token prisoners to their respective countries and change the tribunal system...that way they can keep the bad guys contained and claim a victory.
