I will be shocked if that proves to be the case. The new boss is much different than the old boss. The new boss intends to actually follow the law and historical traditions concerning the treatment of prisoners during wartime. This war is not like previous wars, so it will not be an easy task, but I expect Obama's approach to be fundamentally different than what we've seen over the previous 7 years.
