Yep, its also the same reason why Honda and Toyota failed at the super car market.
It turns out no one is willing to pay Ferrari money for a Honda...no matter how good it is.
But Toyota did understand this in the late 80's when they created Lexus, I think we can all agree Toyota has been extremly succesful with Lexus.
