Idle valve hoses, have you ever replaced the throttle body boot? Injector seals? All that stuff is easy and perfect time while it's apart. Fan clutch bearing.
If you pull the front cover for a new front main, yes I'd replace the tensioner rail and the driver guides. They're cheap enough. Chain is cheap enough if you feel the need as is the tensioner.
Fan clutch if questionable, same with radiator. Any heater/coolant lines. Fan belt. Plugs (BP5EFS NGK or the Bosch ones)
Gut the precats if your car has them.
All I can think of, it's pretty straightforward.
